23 years ago today, we got married.
It was a cold, crisp winter Satuday.
My mother-in-law was up in arms for months with “what if” questions.
What if it snowed? What if it was too cold? What if people couldn’t come?
It didn’t snow, it wasn’t too cold, and we celebrated with family and friends.
And best of all, I was married to this beautiful, intelligent, witty woman.
Mishaps were small (our marriage license has BBQ sauce) and joy was overflowing.
23 years, 2 daughters, and many adventures later, we have much living yet to accomplish.
You inspire me to be a better person each day.
