As we drove through our little town, I asked my wife if she wanted to stop at the pub for a drink.
“If you want to,” she replied.
*sigh*
So here we sit, on our couch, watching basketball.
I’ve got to finish a book tonight, to keep with my “12 books in the 12 months” goal. No, it’s not a huge goal, but reading and teaching don’t always go together.
So here we are, on the couch, her reading, me writing, and just chilling.
Somedays, this is ok.
Tomorrow is the Slice of Life Challenge. I’ve not completed a challenge in a couple of years (31 days and 31 blogs). Here’s hoping I can find that rhythm in my writing again! π

I always appreciate your posts and the writing behind them. As far as reading goes, more than half of Americans don’t finish reading a single book in a year. With a goal of twelve you are well above average. This post shows some positives to be celebrated. Cheers!

Paul, seeing this comment means the world to me! I respect you as a person and as a writer, so thank you! Now, on to the next book! π
